We catch that shift and send you a notification before your sterilization fails. No more wondering if the equipment is actually doing its job. The nitty-gritty on hardware We use smart controllers that send everything to a remote dashboard. This means you can see exactly how many kWh you’re burning per cycle across all your production lines. Now, there are a few trade-offs. The control box is a bit larger to fit the extra gear. You also need a steady network connection on the floor to get those updates. And if your shop is full of massive motors that create a lot of electrical noise, you’ll want to use shielded cabling. Otherwise, the signal gets messy. What this does for your day The best part? You can stop manually logging lamp hours. You get the exact energy cost for every single cycle.
