If a lamp lasts 2,000 hours instead of 1,000, you’re spending half the time dealing with downtime and half the time hauling waste to the bin. But here’s a tip:don’t over-drive your ballasts. I know it’s tempting to crank up the power for a quick burst of intensity, but you’re basically cooking the electrodes. If you want that long life, stick to the rated specs. Simple as that.
Fitting Into Your Workflow
You don’t need to rip out your entire curing line to use these. We build them to your exact length and wattage, so they just slide right in. The real win here is the “long-term” approach. When you aren’t swapping lamps every few weeks, your technicians aren’t climbing into machines nearly as often.
